4.4 Trading Platform

4.5 Instruments

You may trade CME Group futures contracts available on the trading platform, including but not limited to:

5. Trading Rules and Requirements

5.1 Risk Management Rules

All Futures Accounts (Evaluation and Funded):

Reaching any drawdown limit constitutes a hard breach and results in immediate evaluation failure or funded account termination.

5.2 Equity Growth Target

5.3 Minimum Trading Requirements

5.4 Maximum Inactivity

5.5 News Trading Restriction

Prohibited: Opening a position within 3 minutes before or after a News Event is prohibited.

Blackout Window: 3 minutes before and 3 minutes after scheduled news release time

Penalty: Any traders identified as having opened a position during a News Event are subject to having that position closed and the associated P&L removed from their account, having the leverage on their account reduced, or having their account breached altogether.

The Company has sole and absolute discretion in determining what constitutes a News Event. This rule is intended to protect the integrity of our program and is not meant to penalize traders who inadvertently trade through a news event.

Traders are responsible for checking news calendars and avoiding restricted times.

5.6 Automated Strategies

Subject to our Prohibited Trading policy below, you may trade using an automated strategy (Expert Advisor or bot).

5.7 Prohibited Trading Strategies

The following are strictly prohibited ("Prohibited Trading"). If you are unsure whether your strategy is allowed, contact us before trading.

If the Company detects that your trading constitutes Prohibited Trading, your participation in the program will be terminated and may include forfeiture of any fees paid to the Company. Additionally, before any Trader shall receive a funded account, the trading activity of the Trader shall be reviewed by both the Company and the Liquidity Provider to determine whether such trading activity constitutes Prohibited Trading. In the case of Prohibited Trading, the Trader shall not receive a funded account.

The Company reserves the right to disallow or block any Trader from participating in the program for any reason, in the Company's sole and absolute discretion.

5.8 Position Sizing

5.9 Contract Sizes

On the trading platform, futures contracts are standardized by the CME exchange:

5.10 Weekend and Overnight Positions

Positions can be held overnight and over the weekend, subject to exchange margin requirements.

6. Funded Trading Accounts

6.1 Qualification

Upon successfully completing the Evaluation phase, you will enter the 5-Phase funded journey. Your funded account will be the same size as your evaluation account.

6.2 Evaluation Fee Refund

Important: The base evaluation fee will be added to your funded account balance upon successful completion of the evaluation.

Refund Schedule (UTrade Futures Evaluation):

Account SizeAmount Added to Balance
$25,000$238
$50,000$472
$100,000$900
$150,000$1,435

6.3 Gains Split

6.4 Account Compounding

There are no limits on compounding. You may grow your funded account balance through profitable trading. Your profits remain in the account and increase your available equity for trading larger positions.

6.5 Funded Account Rules

All trading rules from Section 5 apply to funded accounts. The rules for the Funded Account are the same as your Evaluation account, with the exception that there is no equity growth target. Key rules include:

6.6 Withdrawal Schedule and Terms

Payout Cycle:

Important: The trailing drawdown does not reset when you request a payout. If you withdraw all of your profits, you risk violating the Maximum Drawdown rule and losing the account.

Withdrawal Process:

6.7 Fees and Commissions

There are no monthly management fees for funded accounts. Funded accounts receive the same pricing and commissions as charged by the CME exchange and our Liquidity Provider to other self-funded, retail trading accounts.

6.8 Account Limits

Evaluation Limits:

Maximum Funded Limits:

Compounding Limits:

6.9 Pricing and Execution

Futures prices are provided by the CME exchange. We do not have any control over exchange pricing or trade executions.

6.10 Receiving Your Funded Account

Upon passing your Evaluation, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access and complete both your "Know Your Customer" verification and your "Trader Agreement". Once both are completed and supporting documentation is provided, your Funded Account will be created, funded and issued to you typically within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once this account is being enabled.

6.11 Counterparty and Trade Execution

For purposes of managing risk and minimizing transaction costs, we may offset or negate market risk and act as the direct counterparty to certain trades initiated in the Account. Such trades are executed at prices provided by arm's length third parties. This framework is intended to ensure you receive real market execution on your trades, while simultaneously allowing us to manage risk dynamically by routing existing positions or future orders to third parties for execution as we deem appropriate.

Regardless of whether we act as counterparty to your trades, the gain or loss on your funded account is not calculated differently. However, when we act as the counterparty to your trades, there is an inherent potential conflict of interest because your trades do not result in net gain or loss to us, as your trades would if we were not the direct counterparty.

6.12 Notional Funding

Once you pass the Evaluation, we provide you with a funded account, backed by our capital. The capital in your funded account is notional and may not match the amount of capital on deposit with the Liquidity Provider. A Funded Account is notionally funded when actual funds in the account (i.e., the equity in a Funded Account represented by the amount of capital) differs from the nominal account size (i.e., the size of the Funded Account that establishes the initial account value and level of trading). Notional funds are the difference between nominal account size and actual capital in a Funded Account.

Use of notional funding does not impact your trading conditions in any way.

6.13 Hard Breach with Gains

If you have gains in your funded account at the time of a hard breach, you will still receive your portion of those gains.

Example: If you have a $50,000 account and you grow that account to $55,000. Should you then have a hard breach, we would close the account. Of the $5,000 in gains in your funded account, you would be paid your portion thereof (90%).

6.14 Affiliates

Affiliates are credited for referrals when a user creates an account using a link or discount code provided by the Affiliate.

6.15 Account Tracking

Upon purchasing an Evaluation, you will receive access to a trader dashboard where you can monitor your Evaluation and Funded Accounts. The dashboard is updated every time we calculate metrics, which occurs roughly every 60 seconds. It is your responsibility to monitor your breach levels.

6.16 Trading Hours

Futures trading hours are set by the CME exchange. Standard CME Globex trading hours apply. You can see the trading hours for each product within the trading platform.

6.17 Billing

Charges will come across in the name of dashboardanalytix.com on your statement.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Evaluation Fee Refunds

7.3 Funded Account Termination

If your funded account is terminated due to rule violations:

7.4 Voluntary Account Closure

If you voluntarily close your funded account:

8. Account Violations and Termination

8.1 Hard Breach vs Soft Breach

Soft Breach: A soft breach means that we will close all trades that have violated the rule. However, you can continue trading in your Evaluation or Funded Account.

Hard Breach: A hard breach means that you violated either the Daily Loss Limit or Max Drawdown rule. Both rules constitute a hard breach. In the event you have a hard breach, you will fail the Evaluation or have your Funded Account taken away.

8.2 Evaluation Phase Violations

8.3 Funded Account Violations

Any of the following will result in immediate account termination and profit forfeiture:

8.4 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion if we suspect:

Upon termination by us:
